Title:Director of Nursing
Job Duties
The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.
In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

- Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse.
- Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.

Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Northern San Diego County, in the beautiful city of Fallbrook, the “Avocado Capital of the World.” We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship.
Pay Range: $135,200 — $135,200 USD
