Charge Nurse – Acute Care, Templeton, CA. Travel assignment starting 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a pay rate ranging from $1,696 to $1,826 per week. • Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager/Director, physicians, and staff
• Supervise and direct registered nurses and ancillary personnel, ensuring safe, cost-effective patient care
• Lead care planning discussions with health team members, patients, and families; revise plans as needed
• Monitor patient care activities to ensure quality and safety, and participate in direct patient care as needed
• Conduct rounds to assess patient needs, solicit feedback, and address concerns promptly
• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction

• Active RN license in California (state of practice) required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Master’s Degree preferred
• At least two years of recent field experience; supervisory skills or experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care setting and lead a multidisciplinary team
• Eligible for a travel temporary assignment and able to work 3x12-hour shifts
