• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group per established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and professional judgment
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessment findings, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes
• Communicate health information to patients, families, and the treatment team; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team to maintain a safe, healing, and respectful environment

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of two years recent acute care experience
• BLS certification from an approved vendor; ACLS (or ARC-ALS) required
• Current Epic experience
• Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced care setting

• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• 8-week travel assignment with potential extension
• Night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Travel staffing support through Healthforce Healthcare LLC
• Epic systems experience required for backfill assignments
