• Provide direct nursing care to ER patients, including rapid assessment and ongoing monitoring
• Perform initial triage and prioritization of patient needs
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered, monitor responses, and document
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and other members of the care team
• Stabilize patients presenting with acute conditions and assist with procedures
• Document patient progress, changes in condition, and discharge planning per policy

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• ER experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
