The Back Office Assistant – LVN is a licensed healthcare professional who performs non-invasive routine technical services under the supervision of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner in a medical practice setting.

This is a part‑time benefitted position supporting our SOCPA Clinics. The role will primarily work at the Ladera Ranch office, with occasional coverage at any of the SOCPA clinic locations.

• Required:
  
  Previous experience or internship in a clinic or medical practice.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience working in a back office medical practice or clinic.
• Preferred:
  Experience working in a pediatric environment.

Required:

Graduate of a Licensed/Vocational Nursing Program.

• Required:
  
  Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards, advance care through new ideas and technology, promote teamwork, and exceed customer expectations while solving complex patient care and organizational problems.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual in English/Spanish.

• Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS);
  Licensed Vocational Nurse – CA (LVN).
• Preferred:
  First Aid Certification.
