Role:
The CNA provides direct and indirect patient/resident care under the supervision of an RN or LVN, assisting with daily living, personal care, comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect care under the direction of an RN or LVN.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care and comfort to residents.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and the general public.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and tactful interactions.
• Perform basic computer-related tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current California CNA certificate required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and professional communication skills.
