Carmel Manor, 20‑minute commute from downtown Cincinnati.

$20.00–$25.50 per hour, based on experience, plus substantial shift differentials. Pay ranges from day shift (7 pm–7 am) to night shift (7 am–7 pm).

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) will provide direct care for residents, assist with personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility, and perform basic nursing tasks as directed.

• Answer resident signal lights
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide hair, nail, and dental hygiene care
• Serve and collect food trays, verify diet orders, and feed residents as needed
• Transport residents to and from the dining area
• Perform limited nursing procedures under supervision
• Take and record vital signs, measure and record intake/output, collect specimens, and other assigned tasks

• Current certification as a Nurse’s Aide in the State of Kentucky
• CPR certification required
• Long‑Term Care experience preferred
• Completion of a criminal record check (required by state law)
