Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in an oncology department according to established standards and nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Ensure adherence to established care standards in the oncology nursing practice.
