Location: Lebec
Role:
Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health data, analyze findings, and develop care plans aimed at achieving desired outcomes.
- Implement care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote a safe, healing environment.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise nursing staff at various levels.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Provide health education and information to patients and their families.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
- Critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and patient care skills.
