Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced dedicated and skilled RNFA (Perioperative Services). The ideal candidate will:
Assist surgeons directly during operations
Handle suturing, hemostasis, tissue handling, and exposure
Perform full RN duties (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Coordinate care across the surgical team
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in surgeries (core RNFA duties)
Monitor and assess patients pre/intra/post-op
Administer medications safely
Recognize and respond to emergencies (Code Blue)
Maintain documentation and care standards
Support training of new staff
QualificationsRN license (California)
RNFA certification (required – not optional)
