Location: Sausalito
Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to provide in-home patient care across California. The role supports patients in their homes, helping them heal, stay safe, and thrive in their own environment.
Compensation is $45–$55 per visit with flexible scheduling.
Required:
CA LPN/LVN license, 3+ years of nursing experience (home health or med/surg preferred), CPR certification, reliable vehicle, and strong communication.
