CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT
Full‑Time, Part‑Time, or Per‑Diem – multiple positions available. Skilled Nursing Facility (Lake Isabella, CA). $22.00 – $32.00 per hour.
Helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Skilled Nursing CNA's receive a 10% weekend shift premium pay.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS- High school graduate or equivalent with current California CNA certificate required.
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Provides direct and indirect resident care under the direction of an RN or LVN.
- Assists residents with daily living activities.
- Provides personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for facility residents.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public.
