CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist patients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Administer basic patient care tasks as directed by RN or LVN.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors to ensure quality care.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident conditions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current California CNA certification.
• Possess BLS (AHA) certification.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrate previous skilled experience in a long-term care or SNF setting.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Showcase good interpersonal skills, professionalism, and respectfulness.
• Maintain basic computer proficiency.
