Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)

Become an integral part of our long-term acute care team as an LPN/LVN, providing specialized treatment and extended care to patients with complex, serious medical conditions.

• Deliver comprehensive bedside care, including administering medications and monitoring vitals.
• Assist in managing complex patient needs, such as wound care and IV therapy.
• Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with registered nurses and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on the care process, post-discharge needs, and rehabilitation goals.
• Adhere to strict infection control practices and safety regulations.

• Provide extended care in a specialized facility or unit dedicated to patients requiring prolonged medical attention.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes.
