• Provide direct resident care in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, and hygiene
• Safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition residents (wheelchair/bed/chair)
• Answer call lights promptly and communicate resident needs to the nursing team
• Obtain and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Observe for skin integrity changes and support comfort/safety measures
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas, change linens, and restock supplies
• Support a respectful, compassionate environment for residents and families

• Active California CNA license (required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), long-term care, rehab, or assisted living experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift/assist residents and perform frequent standing/walking during shift
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork/communication skills
• Comfortable following care plans, safety procedures, and infection-control standards
