Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, and hygiene
- Safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition residents (wheelchair/bed/chair)
- Answer call lights promptly and communicate resident needs to the nursing team
- Obtain and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Observe for skin integrity changes and support comfort/safety measures
- Maintain cleanliness of resident areas, change linens, and restock supplies
- Support a respectful, compassionate environment for residents and families
- Active California CNA license (required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), long-term care, rehab, or assisted living experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift/assist residents and perform frequent standing/walking during shift
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork/communication skills
- Comfortable following care plans, safety procedures, and infection-control standards
