About This Role

The Specialty Unit Staff RN - CVICU provides professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in leadership and patient care within a critical care environment.

• Pay: $70 - $96/hour
• Location: Fontana, CA
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente
• Schedule: Full Time

• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Understand team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as needed.
• Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress based on care plans.
• Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
• Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
• Document accurately and legibly, reflecting nursing processes.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Experienced level required

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in California
