• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at varying levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Employ critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgement in planning and delivering care.
• Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate with the interprofessional team; elevate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care, policies, and patient safety within the outpatient setting.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Outpatient/ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Ability to work daytime, 10-hour shifts with 40 hours per week; travel assignment readiness.
• Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and supervisory skills.
