Overview
Registered Nurse, Geriatric — Travel Assignment in Templeton, California. Start date 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,702–$2,883 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 3x12 nights. Setting:
Short Term Acute Care Hospital. This travel assignment is for nurses providing geriatric care within an inpatient acute care environment.

Short Term Acute Care Hospital
- Deliver professional nursing care to hospitalized geriatric patients using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient-centered care; communicate with patients and families regarding care plans.
- Document care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic medical record (EPIC) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor for clinical changes, respond to emergencies, and uphold patient safety and comfort.
- Current RN license in California; graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- One year of recent acute care RN experience.
- BLS certification; ACLS certification (or ARC-ALS) required with completion within 6 months of hire or transfer.
- NRP certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer; AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course required on hire and every two years thereafter.
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS and AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certifications required as applicable.
- EPIC experience is required.
- LDRP model experience noted in job considerations.
- No on-call requirement; ability to work in a high-acuity inpatient setting and adhere to hospital policies.

- Ongoing credentialing support and access to hospital-oriented training as applicable
