# Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner — Urgent Care Join the Fontana urgent care team to provide comprehensive treatment for acute illness, minor injury, preventive services, and work-related medical needs.

Apply now## Primary responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and patient assessments.
* Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries across a diverse patient population.
* Order and interpret appropriate laboratory, X-ray, and EKG studies.
* Perform common office procedures, including suturing, splinting, and wound care.
* Prescribe medications within California scope-of-practice requirements.
* Collaborate with supervising physicians and document encounters accurately in the EHR.## Qualifications
* Current, unrestricted California PA or NP license and applicable national certification.
* Urgent care, emergency medicine, occupational medicine, or family practice experience preferred.
* Strong clinical judgment and proficiency with common outpatient procedures.
* Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently in a collaborative setting.
