About This Role

The Emergency Room RN provides professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Pay: $58 - $80/hour
• Location: Fontana, CA
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente
• Schedule: Full Time, Night shift

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and students.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.
• Participate in problem identification and resolution.
