A conservation organization is seeking a Crew Leader for their professional trail crew responsible for building and maintaining backcountry trails. The role requires multiple years of experience in trail work and strong supervisory skills. The position is seasonal from early May to mid-August and includes camping in the backcountry. Crew Leaders will aid the Trails Manager in operations while maintaining a safe and inclusive work culture.
