Insight Veterinary Wellness Center is hiring an Overnight ER Associate Veterinarian to step into a high-functioning emergency team with strong surgical volume, advanced imaging, and real autonomy. Here, you diagnose, operate, and manage.

Our ER doctors maintain a strong surgical caseload and manage complex cases from presentation through inpatient care.

• Emergency consultations (outpatient and inpatient)
• Critical and emergency care management
• Diagnostic workups and treatment planning
• Surgical and procedural interventions
• Inpatient case management and continuity of care
• Clear and compassionate client communication

You’ll be supported by experienced RVTs, veterinary assistants, and a cohesive nursing team, ensuring you can focus on medicine while maintaining excellent patient flow and care standards.

• DVM licensed (or eligible) in California
• Ideally 2+ years clinical experience
• ER/urgent care experience preferred
• Confident in surgery & emergency case management
• Strong communicator
• Team-oriented with leadership presence

• $225,000 - $250,000 base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
