Lake Wildwood is an active, gated community located about one hour northeast of Sacramento in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County.

Job Summary: To maintain all parks, greenbelts, and common areas within the Association confines. This includes Clubhouse, Community Center, and Security Gates.

Pay Range: $19.10 - $22.00

Reports to:

Parks Supervisor/Golf Superintendent

• Operate necessary park equipment including fairway mower, push mower, weed eater.
• Operate chainsaw, edger, and groomer as needed.
• Makes irrigation system repairs.
• Installs and maintains landscaping in all common areas including guard gates.
• Under the direction of the Golf Superintendent applies fertilizer and chemicals for weed control.
• Maintains beaches to include sand grooming, weed control and litter pickup.
• Does general ballpark maintenance and grooming.
• Any other duties as may be required and/or assigned by the Parks Supervisor or Golf Supt.

• Prior experience commensurate with the duties of the job preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand written directions.

• Must possess a valid California Driver's License.

Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
