Lake Wildwood is an active, gated community located about one hour northeast of Sacramento in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County.
About the roleJob Summary
To maintain all parks, greenbelts, and common areas within the Association confines. This includes Clubhouse, Community Center, and Security Gates.
Pay Range: $19.10 - $22.00
Reports to:
Parks Supervisor/Golf Superintendent
Health Benefits / 401(k) with 5% ER Match / Access to Amenities / 25% discount at the Oaks Restaurant / Golf at no cost on a “time available basis”
What you'll doJob Requirements
Education and Experience
- a. Prior experience commensurate with the duties of the job preferred
- b. Must be able to read and understand written directions
- a. Must possess a valid California Drivers’ License
Ability to read, write and speak English is required
