Job Title

Under the direction of the mayor or team leader, the agent is responsible for the maintenance of roads (salting, snow removal...), buildings, landscaping, and the maintenance of green spaces (mowing, weeding, etc.) and various works. They perform work in planting, creating, producing, and maintaining green spaces.

- BEPA or BAC professional level in landscaping.

- Driver's license B mandatory.

- Driver's license C desired.

- KNOWLEDGE:
* Maintain green spaces (master the techniques of maintenance and landscaping of green spaces and vegetation).
* Prevent natural risks and accidents (fire, flooding, landslide...).
* Know how to recognize plants.
* Know and apply the rules of work safety.
* Trim shrubs and trees.

- SKILLS:

* Know how to handle professional motorized equipment in compliance with safety rules.
* Ensure routine maintenance of equipment.
* Maintain green spaces (mowing lawns, treatment and watering...).
* Make shrub and flower beds.
* Weed and treat beds and plantations.
* Create new green spaces and turfing.
* Monitor the flora.
* Monitor, control, and maintain the functioning of playgrounds.
* Maintain cemeteries and schoolyards.
* Know how to make plantations and earthworks according to provided plans.
* Participate in the winter viability of roads.
