Great Basin Institute in collaboration with the U.S. Forest Service seeks Forestry Technicians to assist with timber sale prep, vegetation management, and forest restoration within Six Rivers National Forest in California.
You will perform field tasks under supervision, use GPS for unit layout, identify tree species, and help with cruising and inventory while adhering to safety protocols. Seasonal, outdoors work with travel to remote sites is expected.
