Access Fund in Joshua Tree National Park is seeking two Climber Stewards for a part-time, seasonal role in Joshua Tree, CA. You will educate climbers on Leave No Trace and responsible recreation, host Climber Coffee events, visit crags for Crag Chats, and help plan special events to engage the climbing community.
You must be passionate about Joshua Tree, have strong communication skills, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour with sick time and industry pro‑deals.
