Shift Details
Variable Shift, 5 x 8s, rotating shift/including weekends. Start times vary - 600, 700, 1300, and 1400. Must have CLS.

Responsibilities- Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy following SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain core instruments, ensuring calibration and quality checks.
- Document results promptly, clearly, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review test data for validity, flag anomalies, and initiate corrective actions.
- Interpret laboratory findings and communicate critical results to clinicians promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Assist in method validation, verification, and deployment of new assays.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance targets and deadlines.
- Document and track individual performance metrics; pursue opportunities for skill growth.
- Assist with data entry into laboratory information systems and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain inventory of reagents and supplies; manage ordering and stock levels.
- CLIA‑compliant clinical lab testing with strict SOP adherence.
