Quality Supervisor – Fontana, CA. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the role supervises, plans, coordinates, directs and implements the quality control program to ensure continuous production of products that meet company standards. The supervisor is assigned to sheet metal fabrication and welding inspection areas.

• Oversee daily workflow, schedules and inspection processes.
• Ensure execution of quality control processes, including inspections and non‑conforming material management.
• Collect and review daily quality control reports; maintain logs, checklists and required reports for manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate quality work with the production schedule, ensuring jobs are completed within established time frames.
• Review project specifications, regulations, and news related to product quality and implement procedures to comply with requirements.
• Maintain quality equipment and perform calibration maintenance.
• Train quality personnel on equipment use, specification compliance and record‑keeping.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives to analyze quality failures and drive quality improvements.
• Issue and monitor Corrective Action Reports, facilitating improvements with department managers.
• Recommend productivity and efficiency improvements for the department.
• Participate in hiring and training of front‑line staff and assist with timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• At least four (4) years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment focused on sheet metal fabrication or welding.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of ISO‑9001 Quality Management System.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay Range (Applicable to California): $60,400‑$83,000 USD per year. Job Category:
