Description:

Candidate will coordinate all quality processes associated with the F-35 Flight Test Maintenance Modification and Repair at Edwards AFB CA.
• This includes performing data analysis on key quality performance measures.
• Candidate will support F-35 ITF quality leadership on quality process management, improvement, execution and oversight.
• This includes but not limited to:
Program Quality Management Plan, Process Surveillance plan and Government Flight Representative Approved Aircraft Ground Operations procedures.
• Individual will also perform process surveillance audits, ensure process compliance, and ensure floor level inspectors are equipped with technical support as needed.
• Position is subject to short duration deployments and business trips, and shift rotations.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

-Aircraft Maintenance & Quality background
-Fluent in MS Office/MS Excel for trending and analytics

- Experience with Tableau
-Flight Test Experience Desired

Skills:

• 6 years hands-on working experience as 7 or 9 skill level mechanic discipline (USAF) or MATMEP 4 (USMC), CDI/CDQAR/QAR (USN) or equivalent
• Experience/training investigating Aircraft Ground Incidents/Mishaps
• F-35 Quality and Maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal Skills & Leadership skills
• Strong Written & Verbal Communications
• Fluent in USAF Requirements
• Culture of Accountability knowledge
• Knowledge of DCMAI 8210 requirements
• Able to effectively navigate USAF requirements AS9100/9110
• Able to navigate F-35 JTD
• Experience using ALIS
• Auditing experience a plus Security Clearance Statement:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045.
