Responsable Qualité Opérations

Within our headquarters located in Gennevilliers (92), we are looking for a Quality Manager Operations on a permanent contract.

On the roasting and logistics perimeter, you will be in charge of managing the Quality Management System and Food Safety in line with the company's strategic objectives and compliance with standards, labels, customer requirements, and current regulations.

Your main duties will include:

• Organizing and maintaining the SMSDA, supervising its implementation at all levels of the company, and implementing related certifications (FSSC
  22000)
• Leading the HACCP approach of the company
• Ensuring traceability
• Organizing and supervising internal and external quality audits
• Organizing and maintaining certifications related to product labels (BIO, FT, RFA,...)
• Defining and applying Quality Controls (internal and external control plan) for its product perimeter
• Handling non-conformities and implementing necessary action plans
• Organizing the activity of its service and ensuring reporting to its manager
• Participating at its level in the company's CSR approach

Education:

BAC +5 in Quality

Skills:

Mastery of office tools, knowledge of the HACCP approach, FSSC 22000 standard, and food safety regulations

Competencies:

Rigor, precision, management, analytical and synthetic spirit, pedagogy, and relational skills

Permanent contract
