Location: Midland
Pursue excellence in quality assurance as a Senior Analyst with RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense innovation. This position emphasizes compliance with customer quality requirements and teamwork. You'll join Raytheon ELCAN in ensuring rigorous standards are met in product development. Engage in First Article inspections, analyze data for trends, and enhance quality systems through effective collaboration and problem-solving techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct First Article inspections following AS9102
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements
- Facilitate risk management using FMEA and other tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality processes
- Analyze manufacturing outputs using SPC principles
- University degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience
- Solid investigative skills and data analysis experience
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
- Positive attitude towards problem solving
