Broker Associate Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated real estate professional who wants to learn to grow within commercial real estate inside a structured, performance‑focused environment. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to learn commercial investment sales, develop strong fundamentals, and build consistency using proven systems, tools, and mentorship. You will gain hands‑on exposure to prospecting, underwriting, market analysis, and client advisement while learning alongside experienced commercial professionals committed to development and skill building.

With access to commercial platforms, research resources, and organized workflows, you will learn how to stay consistent, informed, and confident as you build knowledge across multifamily, retail, office, and industrial property types. If you do not yet hold a broker license, guidance and direction are available to help you understand the path to obtaining it. Licensed agents can begin learning the commercial platform immediately and focus on developing a long‑term book of business.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real‑estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
  • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top‑performing real estate agents
  • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform
  • Expand our brokerage by hiring top‑performing realtors for our team
  • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies
  • Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency
  • Contribute to both team and individual sales goals
  • Maintain and grow a high‑quality client database
  • Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement
Qualifications
  • Applicant must have a managing broker’s license
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
  • Real estate license required
Compensation

$160,000 per year
