Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Real Estate Assistant position located in Aptos, CA. The Executive Real Estate Assistant will help manage daily operations, coordinate real estate transactions, and provide top-tier support to clients. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing documents, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. The assistant will also handle correspondence, oversee administrative tasks, and contribute to maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency and experience in Real Estate, including transaction coordination and familiarity with real estate processes.
  • Excellent Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with attention to detail and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a real estate office or similar administrative setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or administration are advantageous.
