Four Seasons - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu following established recipes and standards;
Maintain working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients to answer questions and accommodate off-menu requests;
Confirm guest orders including special needs and requests using the hotels POS system; verify with guests original order;
Service and take orders from guests at the bar area with vivid descriptions of item origins, tastes, and preparation methods;
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond to concerns with urgency
