Location: Calistoga
Four Seasons - Up to $19.63/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards;
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients and drinks to answer questions and accommodate off-menu requests;
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotels point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guests original order;
Service and take orders from guests seated at a bar area with descriptions of each items origin, taste, and preparation methods;
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
