Prepare all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes;
Follow proper food handling procedures;
Maintain rotation and freshness of food;
Keep refrigerators and work areas clean and organized;
Ensure stations are cleaned and sanitized at end of shift and maintain sanitary environment
