Remington Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Set up orders and deliver to rooms within approximately 20-30 minutes;
Develop a complete knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service, and utilize that knowledge in the service of guests as needed;
Follow proper tray set up for all orders, including silverware, napkins, appropriate condiments, beverages, any special requests, etc.;
Check complete food order to ensure all have been set on tray for delivery;
Develop a complete knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor and wine, complying with alcohol awareness procedures and complying with all applicable laws
