Prepare and present food items to meet hotel standards;
Follow specifications to properly prepare hot foods, sides, and employee meals; minimize waste;
Handle all product used in hotel cooking including trimming, marinating, labeling, storing;
Assist with banquet food preparation as directed;
Ensure proper portions of meat, fish, poultry are served to each restaurant and banquet function
