Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales targets by deepening client relationships and delivering elevated, personalized service both in-store and remotely. The role focuses on expert product knowledge, styling advice, recruiting and developing a client base, and maximizing selling opportunities. The position also supports store operations including POS transactions, stock maintenance, and visual standards.

• Proactively engage clients to build strong, lasting relationships and deliver personalized experiences.
• Drive individual and store sales through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client opportunities.
• Use in-store technology to capture client information and ensure a smooth client journey.
• Provide styling advice and product storytelling based on deep product and trend knowledge.
• Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance, inventories, and POS transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to loss prevention and grooming policies.
• Attend trainings to stay current on products, trends, and selling techniques.

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong commercial awareness, client-focused attitude, and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism with high ethics and integrity.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and collaborate with team members.
