The Assistant Store Manager at the Cabazon boutique supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional client service, driving sales and ensuring compliance with company procedures. • Supervise, coach and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers and support staff and follow up on daily goals and tasks
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus
• Own client data and analytics for the boutique and help identify strategies to exceed business goals
• Manage implementation and execution of company initiatives, store manuals and required logs
• Assist in managing sales performance, shrink, controllable expenses and payroll
• Plan and execute visual presentation and provide feedback on merchandising strategies

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail and proven leadership in a boutique environment
• Proactive, team oriented with strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of back-of-house operations, store procedures and sales audit tasks
