Retail Part-Time Store Associate Desert Hills Outlets - Cabazon, CA

Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Store Associate at Desert Hills Premium Outlets – Cabazon, CA, to deliver a best‑in‑class retail shopping experience. You will empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in‑store shopping journeys using cutting‑edge technology and collaborate with an energetic store manager, supportive leaders, and a dynamic team of associates.

• Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers, offering knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store via events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the store manager to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the store manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).

• At least one year minimum of retail experience.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be capable of constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hourly wage between $16.90 – $17.00 per hour depending on experience.
