Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage) (T2810) role s position involves supporting store processes to enable a consistent guest experience, including inbound/outbound, replenishment, pricing, and fulfillment tasks.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to resolve their needs.
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed; ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds (with or without assistance).
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions and remain mobile during shifts.
