This will be an exciting position for an engaging and highly motivated individual. The candidate must have experience in retail management and a strong customer service background. We are seeking someone who believes in a lead‑by‑example approach to coach and guide all team members. The successful candidate will be an individual who is not afraid to use creative methods for effective communication to maintain a strong team environment for Mac Quarries Pharmasave.

• Lead, coach, and develop front store team members

• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs
• Support a positive store culture that reflects our values of Attitude, Behaviour, and Contribution (ABC's)

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in pharmacy, grocery, or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a hands‑on approach to problem solving
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
