Retail Associate ​/ Cashier

As a Retail Associate / Cashier, you are the face of our café and marketplace, delivering thoughtful, efficient service while supporting daily operations with care and attention to detail. You help ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests warmly, providing knowledgeable, attentive service

• Maintain familiarity with café, beverage, and retail offerings, including ingredients, dietary considerations, and allergies

• Share the story behind our curated products and partnerships

• Accurately pack orders and operate the TOAST POS system

• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain clean, organized guest-facing spaces

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance

• Follow operational standards and communicate restocking needs

• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ year retail or cashier experience

• Food Handler’s Certificate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
