Whole Foods Market - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Team Leader in daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects.;
Lead and develop Team Members; foster teamwork and morale; ensure excellent customer service.;
Maintain creative store layout and product merchandising in collaboration with Team Leader.;
Analyze sales, reports, and labor; assist in annual sales and expense projections and budget preparation.;
Assist with ordering and inventory management; resolve team concerns; act as point person in absence of Team Leader.
