  Uphold Coach's brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while acting as an ambassador in the local market or mall.

• 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high‑traffic retail days, as well as public holidays.

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
