Key Holder - Cabazon Outlet

Summary

Key Holder responsible for supporting store operations and delivering exceptional client experiences at the Cabazon outlet, reporting to the General Manager. Acts as a brand ambassador and plays a key role in meeting sales, UPT and ATV targets while fostering strong client relationships. Supports daily operational duties including opening and closing, inventory tasks, visual standards and after-sales service.

• Provide an exceptional client experience and embody the brand as a retail ambassador
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly and annual sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships, including after-sales follow up and product repair/maintenance coordination
• Support daily store operations such as opening and closing registers, visual maintenance and processing returns and exchanges
• Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day
• Develop and support business-driving initiatives, contests and events
• Coach and train sales team members to support performance goals
• Follow policies and procedures and set an example of operational excellence

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
• Full understanding of specialty retail with a proven track record in clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with clients, peers and management
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality
