As a Frozen Food Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our frozen food department is organized, well-stocked, and ready to impress our customers.

• Stock and merchandise frozen food products throughout the day.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper date management.
• Maintain fully stocked, clean, and customer-ready freezer cases.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock items to management.
• Receive deliveries and safely handle frozen merchandise.
• Build attractive displays and uphold department presentation standards.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering their questions.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures.
• Support other departments as needed.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Team players who enjoy helping customers and coworkers.
• Experienced in grocery, stocking, warehouse, retail, or frozen food (preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!).
