This is an on-site part-time role for a Direct to Consumer P/T Marketing Business Development Club Host at Maxville Winery, located in St. Helena, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with visitors, promoting the winery’s wine club memberships, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives. The role also involves organizing and hosting winery events, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to marketing efforts directed towards the consumer market.

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills to create exceptional guest experiences
• Experience in business development, marketing, and promoting membership or loyalty programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
• Experience in event planning, organization, and execution
• Familiarity with winery operations or knowledge of wine is an advantage
• Self‑motivated, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in an on-site role in St. Helena, CA, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, or marketing platforms is a plus
